Prostaglandins produced by COX1 are responsible for protecting the mucous lining of your stomach, as well as supporting your body's production of platelets, blood components plays an important role in the ability of blood to clot. By taking a large number of NSAIDs list over a certain period, you put yourself at risk of damage to your stomach lining, ulcers, or uncontrolled bleeding.
NSAIDs list also have another 'general' stomach-related side effects you should be aware of, such as decreased appetite, constipation, vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea.
