By : M. David Yusuf

Did you take them through prescription, or buy them on the table, we provide all the basic information you need to know about the NSAIDs list , the good, the bad and the ugly.
What NSAIDs list ?

NSAIDs list, or anti-inflammatory drugs non-steroidal, are a class of drugs, some prescribed by doctors and others are available on the table, for the treatment of inflammation, mild to moderate pain, arthritis and fever.
How do they work?
NSAIDs list work with your body coenzyme, COX1 and COX2. They coenzyme responsible for the release of prostaglandins, which, in turn, causes pain, inflammation and fever. By taking NSAIDs you can inhibit this reaction, thus reducing production of prostaglandins and pain that you experience .

What may affect my side to watch?
Unfortunately, by preventing prostaglandin from your cause fever and pain, you also prevent COX1 coenzyme from performing any functions that are vital - to protect your stomach. Prostaglandins produced by COX1 are responsible for protecting the mucous lining of your stomach, as well as supporting your body's production of platelets, blood components plays an important role in the ability of blood to clot. By taking a large number of NSAIDs list over a certain period, you put yourself at risk of damage to your stomach lining, ulcers, or uncontrolled bleeding.

NSAIDs list also have another 'general' stomach-related side effects you should be aware of, such as decreased appetite, constipation, vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea.
A list of some NSAIDs list are available on the most popular in the market and their use:

Celebrex - an anti-inflammatory drug allergy. Available by prescription only. Proved relatively safe for the stomach, with a limited number of negative side effects.

Ketorolac - a bit stronger NSAID that serves as a barrier to pain. Excessive use can cause extreme damage to the lining of your stomach,

Advil - available over the counter and taken as a blocker is generally a mild illness. Excessive use puts you at risk for ulcers and uncontrolled bleeding. Because of its ability to prevent blood from clotting for long periods of time (4-7 days), often prescribed by doctors for patients at risk of heart attack and stroke.

Etodolac, Tolmetin, Oxaprozin, Sulindac, Indomethacin - prescribed by doctors for the treatment of mild pain, cramps, fever and inflammation suffered by people with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Ibuprofen, naproxen - available over the counter for the treatment of mild pain, cramps, fever, and inflammation.

Question: If I take other drugs, I should be concerned with drug interactions?
Because NSAIDs list inhibit the production of platelets, allowing blood to clot, it is dangerous to take NSAIDs if you're already on another drug that affects your blood clotting ability. NSAIDs list also been shown to increase blood pressure in people with hypertension, and therefore they are not recommended for use by such people.
