Migraine Remedy

Headache is a symptom that often arise and be felt by people in general. However, these headaches can be caused by several things. One of them is migraine.

Migraine remedy may be one way to cure the perceived head pain. At least the migraine remedy to relieve your headache.

One of the things that are essential for metabolism and health of our bodies is water. If we are short of water can trigger a migraine, not infrequently because of busy that we have less drinking. Less fluid in the body can disrupt our body's health. Drink a glass of water mixed with honey in the morning and good evening to reduce the risk of migraine.

In addition, green tea, or red grape juice can be used for migraine remedy . Also, avoid things that can trigger migraines, such as drinking alcohol, and good coffee to be done. Because coffee and alcohol can cause dehydration.

There is a migraine remedy that is easy to do at home is to sleep lying down the room is dark and quiet. Then compress your forehead with cold water around a few minutes. Then, let your neck and shoulders for the massage. This can reduce tension.

The tension can trigger migraine. Thus, preventing stress could be a migraine remedy that is cheap, easy and effective thing to do. Hopefully, the above description you can add information about migraine remedy.
